10:00am-2:00pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
Ages 16+

Try out painting with watercolors and then create a winter card (or two) to share with a loved one! We’ll start with a watercolor demonstration and some time to experiment and play. Then, we’ll create a nature-inspired winter card to take home using what we’ve learned. Themes can include trees, snowflakes, winter birds, or winter plants. We’ll paint our designs and then mount the paintings onto a blank card with envelope.

Paper, pencils, brushes, and paints provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own. Your cards (and envelopes) will be yours to keep or gift. Pencils, brushes, and paints to be returned. A supplies list will be provided should you choose to purchase your own after the workshop.

No experience necessary. This is intended to be a fun and relaxing workshop with no expectations.

* If there is a particular scene you’d like to paint, you are welcome to bring your own photos to paint from.

NOTE: We will take a 1 hour lunch break in the middle of the class around 12:30pm. You can either bring your own lunch or enjoy lunch at the Farmer and Fork Cafe.
