I’m proud to be part of the upcoming “Impressions” exhibition at the Worcester State University Mary Cosgove Dolphin Gallery this September, curated by Amaryllis Siniossoglou. This show explores the theme of “Impressions” in all its forms, physical and conceptual. From the tangible marks left by ink in printmaking to the empty spaces left from physical impressions in clay, art is a reflection of the artist’s presence—what they leave behind after their hands and hearts have shaped the work. But impressions are more than just traces; they are the imprints that interpret and create new existence through the impact of what came before.
My piece “The Forest Raised Me” will be among the work of several area artists. Please join us for the opening reception on Thursday, September 4th from 4pm-7pm. The show will be on view from September 4th-October 4th, 2025.
