“Tinker in the Storm"

After popular demand, I’ve finally created prints of this illustration! “Tinker in the Storm” depicts a pair of siblings who went out for an outdoor adventure, but got caught in the quickly-forming snowstorm with their trusty equestrian companion. The eldest might be a bit worried about what mom and dad will say when they return. 

I was inspired to create this wintery piece from the SCBWI Draw This prompt, Tinker. The horse featured is a tinker horse, an Irish breed often used by tinkers to pull their wagons. Since this was created when the winter storms had started to arrive here, it felt appropriate for the season.

This is a matted and signed digitally printed open edition art print. Matted with a white hinged mat with backing board. Available in 8x10" size (matted to 11x14"). Signed with archival ink. This ships in a recyclable rigid cardboard envelope and the art is stored in a clear plastic sleeve to keep it safe from dirt and moisture.
