Snowfall Album Cover Contest

In the winter of 2007, New Hampshire Gothic doom metal band, Eternal Embrace held a contest calling for cover art for their next album, Snowfall. The description asked for an image of a woman who is Snowfall, mysterious, at night, in the woods by an old tree. I opted to create a photographic digital piece to represent Snowfall. This piece combines many elements including costuming, photography, drawing, and digital.
Special thanks to David Strong for photo assistance. I used myself as a model and David took the figure photo for me (it's difficult to take self-portrait shots using the timer method when tromping through 2 feet of snow).
I did not win the contest, but this was a fun project all the same! I would gladly welcome the opportunity to create album art again.
